hello to whoever may read this. i would not classify this as a "vent" post, moreso just musings regarding certain things that may trouble me or some of you (maybe that is a vent post. i do not know. blogging is not my thing.)

life is difficult. things feel fine for a moment and then something, however small or troublesome, will set you off and its like some sort of terrible landslide of depression. i say this not in terms of it being a constant downward spiral, but life has its moments where it punches you in the kidneys and keeps punching until you cant even breathe. attempting to ground yourself is pivotal to escaping this. rumination is the cornerstone of suffering; the sooner you can drop something, the further you are to freedom of the mind. i admire stupid people for this reason. this is the only redeeming quality regarding them, however. there are too damn many of them.

artificial intelligence. oh god. what can i say that has not already been said? i will not go over things you will hear from dozens of other people, but know that my stance on AI generated artwork is unshakeable. it is not welcome anywhere and it is to be stamped out as soon as possible. this is not to say that we should lower the bar when it comes to what we create simply because it is human made. we must strive to be better. i will implore you not to use LLM's to ask questions about things, asking it to do something for you or just talking to it because you are bored. there are better alternatives that do not make you look like a hairless ape.

is it just me, or is the use of our language on the internet regressing? i will watch some youtube video, and within the first minute or so the voiceover will string together a mess of buzzword soaked horseshit that is so irritating ive already vanished before the 5 minute mark. the culprits these past few years have been "slop", "chud" and "preformative male". a few others i will leave out simply because i cant be bothered to list them. i am tired. i hope this finds you on a good day, and i will probably nuke this post from orbit at some point.
